We are delighted that PwC Dubai has been awarded the International Property Awards - Best International Office. This prestigious award has over 2,000 entries from over 125 countries around the world and is judged by a panel of the world’s leading design authorities.

Cundall provided multi-disciplinary engineering services for the 16,000sqm office in Emaar Square, Dubai. The project is one of the largest and most adventurous of its kind across the region as well as for the brand. The overarching design allows each floor to feature subtle references to different locations around the world under the theme “office of the future”. This award is a testament to the calibre of design being delivered within the Middle East.

PwC is one of the first offices in the region to be pre-certified for WELL v2 Platinum and to hold the WELL Health-Safety rating. We worked closely with SAY Studio, CBRE Project Management, and Al Tayer Stocks to deliver this exceptional project.
