Gordon Reid

Growing up interested in maths and physics, I knew structural engineering was the discipline for me. I wanted to be able to see the end result of a project I had worked on and feel a sense of pride. Since joining Cundall in 1987, I have relished in designing exciting and challenging projects across all our construction sectors. It remains a great pleasure to play a part in the continued growth and development of our business.

I believe every project presents us with the opportunity to develop creative solutions. By interacting with colleagues and project team members, we can continually challenge each other to produce designs that are inspirational and sustainable.

Successful projects are generally achieved as a result of a collaborative team approach and shared goals. I have enjoyed the support of so many colleagues and project team members throughout my career. In turn, I seek out opportunities to assist others and contribute to positive outcomes wherever I can.
