I came into Cundall as a CAD technician over 5 years ago; throughout my time at Cundall I learned several programming languages and have since emigrated from being a CAD technician to a BIM developer. Through developing my skills through projects like the Cundall Document Manager I was able to develop my programming skills further and now focus solely on improving and integrating software to make clients and colleagues work experiences smoother.

Developing the various projects I have worked on has required a creative mindset and a flexible approach to problem solving. The aspect I appreciate the most about working at Cundall is the opportunity to creatively approach problems and design solutions to rectify them. I have developed my talents to improve efficiency and create the most functional work environment for the company.

Cundall aims for excellence in every facet of our work. This includes the iterative approach that we use when developing and improving our programmes. Cundall has provided me with opportunities to learn and further develop my skills, through sharing of knowledge from collaboration.
