Jay Goh

The sense of achievement and joy in making an impact in the built environment by providing sustainable and innovative solutions drives me as an engineer. I have a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and joined Cundall in 2015. I have worked on remarkable projects in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Middle East, actively coordinating and delivering projects including having responsibility as mechanical lead through to project lead on multidisciplinary projects.

Throughout my career, I have always believed that ‘not all leaders are engineers, but every engineer should be a leader’ - a leader in dedication towards producing excellent and sustainable design solutions and also being client-focused to ensure projects are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Being in a global company and connecting with the wider team means I am privileged to be able to deliver projects and make positive impacts in different parts of the world. I implement the ‘One Cundall’ approach by sharing my knowledge, experience and skill sets to ensure we thrive as a team.
