As the built environment engages with the opportunities of digital technology, building controls are evolving at an extraordinary pace. I have been working in controls engineering for nine years and have been based in both Cundall’s London and Melbourne offices, while contributing to projects around the world. I studied a Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Melbourne and am a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET).
Creativity
Finding new and creative ways to solve problems is what attracted me to engineering. I have been fortunate to be involved in cutting edge projects that improve building performance and the human experience. I am excited by the opportunities presented by engineering design and technology to contribute to a net zero carbon future.
Collaboration
Collaborating on projects with other engineering disciplines is a part of my job I really enjoy. I regularly get to work with engineers from other offices around the world, on exciting, innovative new engineering projects. This collaboration gives me fresh perspectives and further facilitates professional growth in my own discipline.
