I have been working in marketing for 10 years, with experience in the education, charity and hotel industries. Working in the construction industry was not something I initially considered - working at an all-girls school, I became aware of gender bias and how I was letting that get in the way of roles that I could apply for. I have been at Cundall ever since and have learnt so much about engineering and the industry and the huge role our team, irrelevant of gender, have on the communities we work in.

Our marketing team is truly global with people dotted all over the world. Collaboration is key for our team as we bounce off each other's ideas across markets, share best practice and work together. As the team continues to grow, we have access to more amazing marketeers who all bring something different to the team, enabling us all to keep learning.
