Olga Litkovets

My passion for marketing and client relations comes from having the opportunity to connect and work with incredibly talented people, be part of how they create signature buildings, shape city skylines and break Guinness World Records. I joined Cundall in 2017 to be part of a team that is passionate about making a positive change in the world. My recent Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors helps me to take practical steps in shaping our position in the market and how we connect with clients. I was elected to chair Cundall's EMENA Board meetings to focus on strategy and growth as well as reporting to the global Management Board.

Creativity for marketing is key, but it all comes from within. We get our inspiration from being a great team, working together to positively influence the environment, create equal opportunities for all and build cities that today's young engineers can be proud of in the future. We aim to achieve Net Zero Carbon by 2030 because we know this will save not only our industry but the Earth. Creativity is a natural outcome of all the inspiration we get from working as OneCundall.

Together, we all aim to push the norm and bring a positive change to the built environment. On a daily basis I am lucky to work with talented people, connect with interesting clients and add value through collaboration.
