Oliver Grimaldi

I joined Cundall in 2013, and have over 15 years’ experience in design and construction across the public and private sectors working on projects in countries including the UK, Europe, Australia, and Asia. I have frequently shared insights as a keynote speaker at industry events for peak bodies, including the Australian Institute of Architects, Green Building Council of Australia, and Engineers Australia. I have also been a guest tutor at Curtin University and University of Western Australia.

Collaboration is a cornerstone value for Cundall, and a reason why I love my job as a consultant. While technical aspects were my main purpose for embarking on a career as a sustainability consultant, it is the sharing and learning of new ideas, knowledge and innovations that make it all worthwhile.

Our role as sustainability consultants requires us to continually search for innovative solutions to reduce our impact on the environment. We must express our creativity in many ways and remain inspired by innovative, problem-solving ideas. This also keeps me driven in striving for a better built environment.
