Wojtek Stec

I joined Cundall in 2006 as a sustainability engineer to support the London team and I now lead our offices in Poland. I studied building services at TU Wrocław and then achieved PhD in double skin facades, building simulations and passive design optimisations at TU Delft in The Netherlands. My focus has always been to improve the built environment by fine-tuning the building's passive and active components to enhance energy and comfort performance. I have also developed and head the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation tool, which supports Cundall teams around the globe.

At Cundall, we look at innovations to provide our clients with the most cutting-edge approach and technology. We steadily develop our teams and advance the tools, knowledge and approach to increase the efficiency, accuracy and quality of our work.

The organic growth of Cundall influenced the need for strong relationships and collaboration between our offices. This allows our CFD team to work on a variety of projects across the globe and our design teams to provide support to other teams. Collaboration on projects, training, development initiatives or social activities creates multiple offices working as one team.
