Ascendas Singbridge office fit-out

Marking the merger of multinational property development company Ascendas with Singbridge, a distinctive 8,000 sqm office fit-out was designed and constructed to support flexible working and staff wellbeing. We provided multi-disciplinary services from concept design stage through to commissioning and handover including managing the Green Mark Platinum certification application process.

Cundall led the project which included a range of stakeholders, and we worked closely with the design team, the building facilities management, and the in-house HR, IT, and procurement teams at Ascendas Singbridge. Sustainability was embedded within our approach to all engineering design including building services, lighting and acoustics. Our expertise helped deliver a fit-out that has achieved the same Green Mark Platinum rating as the base building.
