Corporate fit-out

As a certified LEED-CI Gold office fit-out, this project serves a larger purpose as an exemplar of how the industrial city of Shanghai can achieve a greener built environment. The client had clear intentions for their new office space that prioritised sustainability initiatives as a fundamental element in design.

Cundall’s Shanghai office was commissioned as the LEED certification consultant. Working closely with the client throughout the design process, our project team oversaw key sustainability initiatives including a green lease, energy-efficient lighting and water efficiency, sustainable materials selection, and optimising indoor environmental quality. Our scope also included reviewing interior design and mechanical and electrical designs, Commissioning Authority, construction consulting, and LEED certification documentation.
