Occupying two floors with an interconnecting staircase at Pacific Place 3, this new 40000 sqft office includes main offices, meeting rooms and staff amenities. To promote work-life balance in the office, “chill- out” areas were included at various locations within the floorplates. Our building services and lighting design integrates seamlessly with the interior finishes to create an aesthetically pleasing and highly functional workspace.
Lighting was designed with distinct characteristics and different colour temperatures to aid the transition between work and rest spaces. Our building services team designed a green wall with integrated air purifiers and an air-conditioning system to improve air quality. Supplementary fan coil units were included in manager rooms and large meeting rooms to enhance comfort levels. We also designed and built shower rooms and devised electrical designs for the trading spaces.
"In this project, one of the major challenges was designing the shower room. From a plumbing and drainage design perspective, raised floors are essential for adequate drainage. In addition, the existing base building pipes were undersized for shower room application. Our early coordination with the client and partners was key to a successful outcome." Joe Tang, Director.
