Located in the emerging metropolis of Kunshan, this mixed-use development boasts 143,000 sqm of retail, office, and residential space. It features a 100m-tall commercial office tower with a retail podium and is supported by a network cluster of high value high-rise residential towers. It is an important planned step in the growth and maturing of Kunshan City as an industrial and commercial hub.
As the primary building services consultant for this project, our team worked in close collaboration with the client throughout the design process and delivery process. We worked diligently to ensure the quality of the final spaces would meet all relevant international standards for indoor environment quality, energy-efficiency, safety and building performance.
