UFC Performance Institute Shanghai

Home to world-class MMA athletes hailing from mainland China and the Asia Pacific region, Shanghai’s Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Performance Institute houses state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to provide training, rehabilitation, and competition spaces. An existing warehouse was converted to create 93,000 sqft facility spanning four storeys. The layout includes spectator areas, offices, and an octagonal exhibition space used for media broadcasting and filming.

Our multidisciplinary expertise and specialist services enabled us to design and support delivery of a range of highly specialised features for the facility. These include underwater treadmills, hypoxic and deprivation chambers and gait analysis suites. Our efficient coordination with the client and project team enabled the smooth delivery of the project to meet UFC’s professional standards.
