Vicinity Centres holds a 4 Star Green Star portfolio rating from the Green Building Council of Australia and was listed on CDPs 2019 Climate A-List. It undertakes annual NABERS Energy ratings of more than 65 of its retail centres located in Queensland, NSW, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia to monitor asset performance and plan ongoing improvements.

Cundall’s national building services and sustainability experts collaborated with the client to deliver the annual ratings and building performance services. This portfolio approach enables us to streamline the process and simultaneously identify no-cost opportunities to improve energy-efficiency, delivering increased client value from the NABERS process.

"Our national presence ensures this a highly effective partnership. It means we can provide a cost-effective service with site visits across multiple states and cooperative knowledge-sharing amongst the Cundall team. This kind of retail client needs a hands-on, expert service, and that is what we take pride in delivering." Dave Collins, Associate.
