Both daylight and architectural lighting design are fundamental elements of the planning process. We can advise and then undertake analysis on overshadowing, sunlight and daylight, light pollution and dark sky designs.
Adequate sunlight and daylight (coupled with a period of darkness) supports our health and wellbeing, along with improving our alertness and productivity. To maximise the potential of any site, a building requires these elements to be considered at the outset of the project.
